Calendargirlz journal additions for October...

Finally! After a month of no inspiration, and zero creativity, my muse finally gave me a good shake and woke me up! Above are the spreads I've created in Lizbeth's calendar journal. And I had a blast playing in Lizbeth's journal! Gosh, it's good to be back. Sadly, it is the final calendar journal I had to work in for our 2009 calendar journal round robin. But, we already have our players in place for our 2010 round robin, and I so look forward to another year of sharing with the rest of the girls in the Calendargirlz group! Happy calendar journaling!!

Newest Calendar Journal RR addition....

This month I am working in Laurie's ledger style journal. What a gorgeous book this is! I've just finished working on a spread that is set during Victorian times in England, at a country manor. A brother and sister have written to their sister in France, who will be traveling to England to join them at the manor. Above are images of the spread, and the letters. What a lovely time I had in England's countryside with this spread!!

March with the Calendargirlz...

'Evening everyone!
This month I have Terry's CJ
to play in. I became so inspired by
the "bird" theme of her journal, that
I took only three days to complete my
spreads in it. Above are the photos
of what I created for her.

February's calendar journaling for the CALENDARGIRLZ RR...

'Afternoon everyone!
I was waiting on the birth of my grandson before completing my
final spread in this month's CJ. The that I have been working in this
month belongs to my daughter, Tessa. So I had to create a spread about
the arrival of her first nephew, Braiden. Also, I created a spread using some
lyrics to one of her favourite songs, & another spread about an Abyssinian cat I
rescued from being put down for now good reason. Tiggs has attached
himself to Tessa. He is doing very well and is a happy boy!A few years
back, Tessa participated in a CALENDARGIRLZ round robin, & she
decided to join in on the fun once again. I've really enjoyed
playing in her journal, & I am so thrilled that Tess joined
up again! Above are the spreads I created.

Another year begins with the Calendargirlz!

'Afternoon everybody!
I am beginning another year of my
greatest obsession. Calendar journaling
for the Calendargirlz 2009 round robin. I just
can't seem to get tired of this calendar
journaling! Above are my first five spreads
in my own journal. In a week I will be
sending this journal off out into the world
for nine other calendar journalers to play
in. I am excited for another new year of
sharing with my fellow calendar girlz!

JOANNE: I had to honor your beautiful
digital art card you sent me by putting
it into my own journal. Thank you so
much for the lovely card my friend!
